traveled on lesser highways, but occasionally there was no way to avoid an Interstate. The towns and cities on the map below do not necessarily represent overnight stops, nor does each leg shown represent the work of one day of riding. These are simply the roads I followed. Also, the mileage shown below are map miles and do not correspond to
ridden miles as shown on the Data pages. I was aiming to average 75 miles/day, for a total of
17 days. It took me 16 days of riding plus one day of rest for a total of 17 days to ride 1341 miles total. That's an average of 79 miles/day. Right on target! |
